Let me introduce myself, I'm Desi Jackson. I'm the owner and chief photographer. I'm and Airforce Veteran, wife, mother , grandmother and retired social worker.
Jackson Treasured Photography was stated in 2020 to meet the needs of families with love ones who were unable to travel to a studio or uncomfortable. The target population is persons with disabilities(adults and children) and Seniors( age 60 and older.
Photos were always important in my family for documenting family events and remembering those that went before us. As senior members of my family transitioned , those photos became priceless mementos to be shared and passed down through the family, documentation of family history. One of our families most treasured photos was taken by a photographer in our home with 5 generations.
As a Social Worker I saw 1st hand the struggles that some families had just transporting loved one to medical appointments and I wanted to give them options for capturing family photos without the stress of having to get a love one to a studio.
My goal is to provide families with hight quality images that preserve their family history, while ensuring their love one are comfortable in their surroundings.
